1) at first press windows+R and follow my screen short one by one.

to mark all the junk file or folder press ctrl+A . after marking delete permanently press shift+delete and click on yes. But some file and folder can not delete that you need to just skip.
2) clean your C drive :
open My computer or This PC mark C drive and click write button and follow my screen short.
mark unhygienic file for delete and click ok.
3) you can increase your virtual memory (ram) . First of all Right click on This PC and go to properties. and complete the processing following the screen short.
